System Logs

The System Logs (Tech Logger) screen gives you raw, under-the-hood visibility into what CreatorPublisher is doing.

Why use System Logs?​

While the Publish History shows human-readable summaries of your post uploads, the System Logs capture detailed software events. Use this screen if:

  • You are encountering strange bugs in the app.
  • A post is failing and the Publish History error doesn't give enough context.
  • You need to report an issue to support.

Exporting Logs​

If you need to share your logs for troubleshooting:

  1. Navigate to the System Logs screen.
  2. Click the Export PDF button in the header.
  3. A cleanly formatted PDF containing all current logs and stack traces will be saved to your computer.

You can also use the Clear button to wipe the logs and start fresh before testing a new action.
